Ongoing Care for Frontline Truck Drivers
We give continuous practical support to the drivers who keep supply chains moving. Through a sustained series of care actions held multiple times each year, we address real needs — health, rest, legal support, and daily essentials — while expressing genuine respect for their contribution.
Truck Driver Care Events has expanded nationwide to 11 cities, benefiting 5,000+ logistics workers across the industry and safeguarding the dignity of labor.
Programme timeline
- 2023
The first series of care actions was launched at the Dongguan headquarters and multiple warehouse sites. Care stations were set up and free cooling packages were distributed to truck drivers.
- 2024
The series expanded to seven cities including Dongguan, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Shantou, Yiwu, and Ningbo. A total of 1,200 care packages were prepared, health clinics were offered, free meals were provided, and 106 employee volunteers participated.
- 2025
The actions continued and further expanded, covering Dongguan along with Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Suzhou, and Ningbo. Health clinics were held at five logistics parks in Dongguan, and a free lunch program was introduced.
- 2026
The series reached its widest coverage so far, taking place across Dongguan's seven major logistics parks and ten national distribution centers of the company. 4,000 care packages were prepared, and drivers received health screening, legal consultation, nutritious meals, and customized practical supplies.
